合建卡特宜宾临港长江大桥引桥有序施工

工程概况

位于四川省宜宾三江新区的川南城际铁路临港长江大桥是蓉昆高铁、渝昆高铁的共同过江通道。大桥主跨为米,是目前跨度最大的公铁两用钢箱梁斜拉桥;桥面宽度达到64米,是我国首座平层公铁两用钢箱梁斜拉桥,全桥孔跨布置为:9×40.7m+(72.5++++72.5)m+7×40.7m。

此项目由中铁大桥局承建,合建卡特此次负责大桥钢箱梁的顶推和落梁,现阶段,主桥部分已完成全部顶推和落粱工程,引桥部分正在有序施工中。

解决方案

合建卡特了提供32台T步履式顶推设备、16台液压泵站、16套PLC控制系统、8套T落梁千斤顶等设备。

钢梁架设采用智能步履式多点连续顶推法施工,将钢梁逐段向前滑移,单次拼接、顶推1个节段,循环顶推直至钢梁到达设计位置;钢梁全部顶推到位后更换落梁千斤顶,利用落梁千斤顶按设计要求将钢梁落梁至永久墩支座和临时墩的临时支座上,施工完成后进行挂索张拉作业,完成桥梁体系转换。
